Bean Paste Steamed Fish

Ingredients:

  • 80g Woh Hup Bean Paste Steam Fish Sauce
  • 1 fish
  • 40ml water
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • Some coriander (for garnish)
  • Some spring onions (for garnish)

Preparation:

1. In a wok with steaming rack, heat up enough water for steaming. Once water boils, put the fish in and steam for 8-10 minutes or till the fish is cooked.

2. Heat up a pan and add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to stir-fry the Woh Hup Bean Paste Steam Fish Sauce together with water for 1 minute.

3. When fish is done steaming, transfer out and pour sauce over cooked fish. Garnish with coriander and spring onions and serve.
