Refund policy

At Woh Hup Food Australia, we are confident that you will love our products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a refund or replacement.

We will happily refund or exchange any unopened products provided it is returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days after notifying us.  If the product is damaged, incorrect or faulty in any way, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange.
