HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 for metropolitan areas, and $15 to regional areas of Australia.

From time to time, we will run FREE SHIPPING promotions.  Please check the online store for further information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 2 -5 business days for us to process and despatch your order.  You will receive email notification once your order has been shipped.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

We use Australia Post and courier companies to ship your orders.  Shipping times will be dependant on your location, and can typically take between 3-10 days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can cancel your order if it has not been processed and shipped.  Please contact us at info@wohhupfood.com.au or use the Contact Us page, and quote your order number.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
