Scallion Oil Noodles with Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 10-12 shrimps
  • 1 pack Woh Hup Dried Shanghai Scallion Noodles

Preparation:

1. Heat up 3 tbsp oil in a pan, fry 2 stalks spring onion (cut into sections until wilted).

2. Add 10-12 shrimps, stir fry for 1 minute, dish out and set aside.

3. Place noodle into boiling water, cook for 3-4 minutes.

4. Drain the noodle and pour it onto a plate.

5. Add the shrimps, fried spring onion and the oil.

6. Pour in sauce mixture.

7. Add 1 tbsp noodle cooking water.

8. Mix until well combined and serve!
