
Ingredients:
- 110g Crab meat, thawed and shredded
- 1 Large cucumber, peeled and julienned
- ½ -1 Serving medium ripe avocado, sliced
- Panko breadcrumbs, toasted
- A squeeze of lemon juice
[Sauce mix]
- 1 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Woh Hup Sriracha Chilli Sauce
Preparation:
1. Combine sauce ingredients until smooth, set aside.
2. In serving plate, drizzle cucumber noodles with lemon juice.
3. Combine crab meat and sauce. Layer onto cucumber.
4. Top with avocado slices, garnish with breadcrumbs and serve.
