Dried Sichuan Pepper Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 pack Woh Hup Dried Sichuan Pepper Noodles
  • White sesame seeds

Preparation:

1. Julienne 1/2 carrot.

2. Julienne 1/2 cucumber.

3. Boil a pot of water, add a stalk of spring onion.

4. Add 3 chicken breast fillets and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Dish out the chicken and shred into thin strips.

6. Cook noodles for 3-4 minutes.

7. Add the seasoning packets.

8. Add 1 tbsp noodle cooking water.

9. Stir to mix well.

10. Top with julienned carrot, cucumber and shredded chicken.

11. Garnish with white sesame seeds and serve!
