Ingredients:
- 320g penne
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 400g tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 fresh chilli pepper, deseeded and diced
- A pinch of salt
- 1 small bunch parsley
- 80g parmesan or other choice of cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 tbsp Woh Hup Garlic Chilli Sauce
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and saute lightly for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and diced chillies, cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Boil a large pot of salted water, add penne to cook until firm to the bite.
3. Add a few spoonfuls of pasta water to tomato puree, season with salt.
4. Strain penne and add to pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve with grated cheese, chopped parsley and mix with Woh Hup Garlic Chilli Sauce.
