Nyonya Style Grilled Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Woh Hup All Purpose Nyonya Style Chilli Paste
  • 120g yellow zucchini (cut into 1/2" semicircle)
  • 120g green zucchini (cut into 1/2" semicircle)
  • 600g prawns (skinned & deveined with tail intact)
  • Oil for grilling

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, marinate the yellow & green zucchini and prawns with Woh Hup All Purpose Nyonya Style Chilli Paste.

2. Take a bamboo skewer and start with a slice of yellow zucchini followed by a prawn, then a slice of green zucchini, then a prawn. Continue with the rest of the ingredients.

3. In a skillet pan, heat up the oil to medium high heat and place the skewers and grill till the prawns are cooked through. Ready to serve.
