Laksa Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 800g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized
  • 1 pack Woh Hup Laksa Paste
  • 15g coconut cream powder (included)
  • 125g plain yogurt
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1-2 tsp kosher salt
  • 15g parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation:

1. Marinate chicken with 4tbsp Woh Hup Laksa Paste and yogurt, chill in fridge.

2. Heat cooking oil in pot. Cook the chicken pieces in batches, set aside.

3. Add remaining Woh Hup Laksa Paste tot he same skillet. Stir fry for a few mins, then addtomato puree and browned chicken. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

4. Stir in coconut cream powder . Let stand to thicken sauce, garnish with parsley and serve
