Shiitake Mushroom Noodles Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack Woh Hup Dried Shiitake Mushrooms Noodles
  • 1 Shiitake Mushroom
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 stalk Spring Onion
  • 30g Carrot
  • 1 Shallot
  • 40g minced chicken
  • Lettuce

Preparation:

1. Dice 1 rehydrated shiitake mushroom.

2. Mince 2 cloves garlic.

3. Chop the white part of a stalk of spring onion.

4. Chop the green part.

5. Cut 30g carrot into thin strips.

6. Chop 1 shallot.

7. Place noodles into a pot of boiling water, cook for 4 minutes, dish out and set aside.

8. Heat up the oil in a pan.

9. Saute minced garlic, shallot and the white part of spring onion until fragrant.

10. Add shiitake mushroom and stir fry for 1 minute.

11. Add 40g minced chicken, stir fry until cooked.

12. Add carrot, stir fry for 1 minute.

13. Add in cooked noodles.

14. Add in the seasoning packets and stir fry until well combined.

15. Wrap with lettuce, garnish with the green part of spring onion and serve!
