Tomato Curry Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tomato
  • Half an onion
  • 1 boneless chicken leg (marinated with ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper, ½ tsp Garlic Powder)
  • 1 packet Woh Hup Dried Curry Noodles
  • Oil
  • Water

Preparation:

1. Cut an ‘X’ across the bottom of the tomato and soak the tomato in hot water for 5 minutes.

2. Remove the skin of the tomato and cut into cubes.

3. Dice half the onion.

4. Prepare a boneless chicken leg, marinate for 15 minutes.

5. Preheat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, and pan fry the chicken leg until it turns golden brown

6. Place noodles into a pot of boiling water and let it cook for 2 minutes. Remove the noodles from the water.

7. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in another pot and saute the onions until fragrant. Add the chopped tomato and stir fry until the tomato releases its juices.

8. Pour in 50ml of water, and then add in the seasoning packets from the noodles and stir fry until well combined.

9. Add in the chicken leg and cook for a further 5 minutes, then dish out and set aside.

10. Add in the noodles, cook for another 2 minutes and serve!
