Ingredients:
Chicken marinade ingredients:
- 250g boneless chicken thigh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger juice
- Dashes of pepper
Salad sauce ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Woh Hup Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger juice
- Juice from 1/2 calamansi
Preparation:
1. Place all the ingredients for the chicken marinade in a large bowl and mix well. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Coat the marinated chicken with plain flour, dip in egg wash then coat with panko/breadcrumbs.
3. Deep fry with medium heat until chicken turns golden-brown4. Wash and cut your favourite vegetables for the salad then mix well with the salad sauce and serve with the crispy chicken.
4. Sprinkle some instant noodle snack on the salad before serving.
5. Strain penne and add to pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve with grated cheese, chopped parsley and mix with Woh Hup Garlic Chilli Sauce.
