Fried Wonton Dumplings

Ingredients:

340g wanton wrappers
450g minced meat
½ cup shiitake mushrooms, minced
¼ cup green onions, sliced
½ tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp Woh Hup Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
Oil
Woh Hup Garlic Chilli Sauce, for serving

Preparation:

1. Add meat, mushrooms, green onions, ginger, garlic, Woh Hup Superior Light Soy Sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and cornstarch in a large bowl . Mix till well-combined.

2. Place one wanton wrapper and brush the two edges with water.

3. Place ¾ tsp of meat mixture in the wrapper and fold into a triangular shape. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

4. Heat oil in wok on high heat and fry 6-8 wantons at a time for 5-6 minutes. Drain, set aside and repeat with remaining wantons.

5. Serve with Woh Hup Garlic Chilli Sauce as a dipping sauce on the side!
