Sambal Shrimp Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Woh Hup All Purpose Sambal Shrimp Chilli Paste
  • 450g baby potatoes (skin on)
  • 80g mixed salad leaves

Preparation:

1. Prick the potatoes with a fork and par boil for 5-7 minutes.

2. Drain and toss evenly with the Woh Hup All Purpose Sambal Shrimp Chilli Paste bake at 170 °C for 20 minutes.

3. Lay the salad on a bowl and top it with the baked baby potatoes. Ready to serve.
