SOY SAUCE SEASONING:

RECIPES
Ingredients:
• 1 Woh Hup Dried Shrimp Noodles
• 1 Lemongrass
• 1 inch Galangal
• 1 clove Garlic
• 1 Lime
• 3 Prawns
• 1 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
• Coriander
Preparation:
1. Cut 1 lemongrass into small pieces
2. Cut 1 inch galangal into slices
3. Cut 1 clove garlic into slices
4. Cut 1 lime into half
5. Clean and devein 3 prawns
6. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan, saute galangal, garlic and lemongrass until fragrant
7. Pour in 1 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut milk
8. Add in all the seasoning packets
9. Add in the noodles once boiled, cook for 2 minutes
10. Add in the prawns and cook for another 2 minutes
11. Squeeze in 1 lime
12. Dish out, garnish with coriander and serve!
